You are attempting to jump-start a battery that does not meet the minimum required voltage threshold (4VDC) for safe jump-start.
Follow the procedure in the link below to verify the condition of the battery.
Manual Override Jump-Start Mode allows the IMPAC system to jump-start a battery with voltage as low as 0VDC.
Once the condition of the battery has been verified and jump-start is determined to be the appropriate action, press F3 on the IMPAC display and follow the onscreen directions to enable Manual Override Jump-Start mode.
Once "Jump Start Active" appears on the IMPAC display, press and hold the OK button to access the information screen to monitor the status of the jump-start. See the diagram below for details on navigating the IMPAC display.
